Planned Area: 50 square kilometers (Beijing section only)
Core Advantages: The only region in China enjoying preferential policies of the Beijing-Hebei Free Trade Zone and hosting a cross-provincial/municipal Comprehensive Bonded Zone. It has formed a complete industrial chain covering "new drug screening - animal experiments - clinical research - registration and listing".

Scale: Total land area of 13.68 square kilometers, with a construction scale of 5.457 million square meters and a total investment of approximately 200 billion yuan.
