Niantan Park

Opened to the public in 2011, Niantan Park covers an area of 2,500 mu (approximately 166.67 hectares), including 150 mu (10 hectares) of wetland and 700 mu (46.67 hectares) of water area.

Beijiancun Country Park

Daxing District issued the "1+N" industrial policy system, where "1" refers to the Guiding Opinions of Daxing District on Promoting the Industrial Development, and "N" refers to special supporting policies for various industries, including a number of major policy support clauses and over 100 detailed rules for rewards and subsidies, with outstanding highlights such as extensive rewards, generous subsidies, accurate targets, and high transparency.

Daxing District is committed to promoting various aspects including high-grade, precision and advanced enterprises and the Internet industry in Daxing District, listing of enterprises in Daxing District and introduction of listed enterprises to Daxing District, mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements through policy support, and providing enterprises with various kinds of financial support up to CNY13 million according to various policies.

Meanwhile, Daxing District actively introduces key enterprises and high-quality projects. For various of enterprises in line with standards, Daxing District will provide financial support equivalent to 40% of the total regional comprehensive contribution in the previous year for three consecutive years from the year when relevant policy applies, and provide rewards up to CNY10 million in a lump sum for headquarters enterprises, high-quality financial institutions, leading enterprises of the Internet industry, high-quality culture and creativity enterprises, etc.

Daxing District has improved the policy financing guarantee system and initiated the establishment of an industrial investment fund. The total size of the industrial fund of funds is CNY6 billion. It is planned to complete the investment with 20 to 50 sub-funds and accumulate the total size of CNY40 billion in three years.

Located at the gold division point in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Daxing District is 46 kilometers away from Tian'anmen, 48 kilometers away from the Subsidiary Beijing Administrative Center, 67 kilometers away from Beijing Capital International Airport, and 65 kilometers away from Xiong'an New District.

Daxing District has built a "five-in-one" comprehensive transportation hub system including a series of "five vertical and two horizontal" expressway, high-speed railway, urban rail, and intercity rail transit networks, such as Beijing-Kaifeng Expressway, Beijing-Taipei Expressway, Daxing Airport Expressway, Daxing Airport North Line Expressway, rail transit Daxing Airport Line, Beijing-Xiong'an Intercity Railway, Langfang-Zhuozhou Intercity Railway, and Intercity Railway Connector, all of which extend in all directions and make traffic unimpeded.

The entire landscape of Daxing District is plain. With green and spiritual ecological environment and forest space, it is forming a landscape featuring "going to the airport by passing through the forest." In recent years, over CNY10 billion has been invested and 35 ecological landscape projects have been implemented, involving a total area of over 30 square kilometers. As at the end of 2018, the forest area of the whole district was 458,600 mu, and the urban greening coverage increased to 45.6%.

According to the latest Research on Green Space Planning of Daxing District, Daxing District's green ecological space will present a general ecological pattern of "one axis, one city, one ring and two belts," with the green southern central axis and the regional ecological green heart as the skeleton, based on the construction of a new ecological city, with the green ecological ring of the airport economic zone, the ecological cultural belt of Yongding River, and the green ecological belt in the southeast as the skin texture, and supplemented by the regional green ecological corridors and diversified green space nodes. By 2022, Daxing District will build itself into a national forest city. By 2035, the forest coverage rate of Daxing District will be no less than 35%, and the coverage rate of 500-meter service radius of green land of the parks in the district will rise to 95%.

The overall used land space of Daxing District is 1,036.33 square kilometers. In accordance with the principles of scientific planning, functional drainage, and reduced development, sufficient space resources have been reserved for science and technology research and development and industrial development in Beijing where every piece of land is extremely precious.

Led by space planning, by 2035, the urban development boundary of Daxing District (planned centralized construction area) will be about 260 square kilometers. The Plan for the Beijing New Airport Economic Zone (2016-2020) specifies that the 50 square kilometers of Beijing part of the airport economic zone are all located in Daxing District. The Daxing Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Base will expand by 9.1 square kilometers from 13.4 square kilometers to a total area of 22.5 square kilometers, building itself into the largest bearing land for the development of the pharmaceutical and health industry in Beijing.

The total area of cumulative available additional industrial land in the whole district will be nearly 70,000 mu, which provides a good space foundation for the development of high-grade, precision and advanced industries.

In 2019, there were 95 district-level high-grade, precision and advanced manufacturers in the whole district, who realized an annual operating income of CNY79.8 billion, accounting for 67.3% of the total industrial operating income above designated size; among others, over 80% of the manufacturers were intellectual property right (patent) intensive manufacturers.

In 2019, Daxing District had 124 research and development centers, 53 incubators and maker spaces, and 830 national high-tech enterprises, and owned 2,294 effective invention patents.

Daxing District vigorously implements the talent-led development strategy, innovates talent service policies that are more active, open and effective, perfects the talent evaluation system oriented by innovation ability, effectiveness, and contribution, customizes an international community with livable environment in combination with the demands for international high-end talents, and constructs a livable and commercial international environment in a respects, to build itself into a global talent highland.

Daxing District actively innovates high-level talent service system and sets up a foreign talent service hall; innovates international talent and technology cooperation forms and promotes the two-way "offshore innovation" of domestic and foreign talents; aims at introducing leading talents and strategic scientists with international influence; guides and encourages the introduction of high-end talents with enterprises as the subjects; broadens talent introduction channels, focuses on the introduction of high-level talents in the fields of education, health, and operation and management, and promotes the growth of talents and rapid development of undertakings in the whole industry.

The "one network, one door, and one window" principle is implemented to realize the "fast handling" of investment examination and approval, facilitate tax transactions without the need for waiting, realize the establishment of enterprises within one day, and achieve off-site handling, zero examination and approval, zero investment, and the saving of time, efforts, and money in the access to municipal utilities, striving to make enterprises handle business on site at most one time. The establishment of an enterprise will be completed within a minimum of 10 minutes. The duration of a project is shortened by 44 days, and the TankeBlue Semiconductor Project only costs 106 hours.
