Established in 2013, Daxing District Financial Service Office of Beijing Municipality is a work department of the Daxing District People's Government responsible for promoting financial development, financial services and financial market construction of the Daxing District and the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. Founded in 2015, Beijing Daxing Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established by the Daxing District Committee and the Daxing District People's Government of Beijing Municipality to serve the construction of the "Three Zones and One Portal" in Daxing District and promote the development of high-grade, precision and advanced industries. It strives to build a market-oriented platform that promotes the upgrading of traditional industries in Daxing District, the implementation of high-grade, precision and advanced industries and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements by focusing on the three primary business of investment and financing funds, high-end industry introduction services and smart city construction and operation. The Company now has capital of CNY2 billion, a team of 120 members, and an industrial fund of CNY7 billion.

Established in 2007 with a registered capital of CNY3 billion, it is a government financing guarantee agency approved by the Daxing District People's Government. It has the qualifications for operating financing guarantee business issued by the Beijing municipal financial regulatory authority, and its credit rating is AA+.
