Handling a construction permit
The time limit for applying for and obtaining a building permit will be 11 natural days. Electronic permits or licenses will be issued for construction permits of all construction projects. The original prior examination and approval is adjusted to the commitment system through credit management, under which the time limit is only 5 working days.

Applicants only need to handle matters on site for one time by relying on the online service platform in the field of real estate registration in Beijing, integration of the three departments of trading, taxation, and registration, and the three links of online filing, joint handling, and on-site verification.
Establishing an enterprise within one day
A newly established enterprise may receive a business license and invoices on the date of establishment. Through the integration of tax-related matters, package services from application for to receipt of invoices may be offered. Eligible initial applications for invoices may be completed within one working day or even ten minutes.
Off-site handling, zero examination and approval, zero investment, and the saving of time, efforts, and money in the access to municipal utilities
Access to water: For small and micro projects, services requiring zero examination and approval, zero charges, zero links, and zero time are offered off site; for general projects, only three links and two items of application materials are required, and the processing duration will not exceed 15 working days.
Access to power: For temporary application for installation of high-voltage power, services saving efforts, time, and money are offered within an average of 20 working days via only 3 links without examination and approval, and only record-filing is required. For application for installation of low-voltage power, services requiring zero examination and approval and zero investment are provided off site; and electronic service contracts may be signed online; the business is handled via two links only within no more than 15 working days.
Access to gas: User development engineering technology service fees are cancelled. For new user works within the service range, the access to gas may be completed via 2 links only within a shortened time limit of 4 working days for micro and small projects or the maximum time limit of 15 working days for other projects.
Access to heating: Only 2 links are required in the handling process, and the handling duration is 4 working days.
