Currently, the 219 mu of mature industrial land in the first phase of the starting area is being offered for investment attraction. A number of leading enterprises, unicorns and research and development centers in the aerospace field with high technology, high added value and high benefits have successfully settled in the area. A Beijing Xinhua Commercial Space Industry Fund of 5 billion yuan has been established, which is specifically used for the landing investment of projects in the Beijing Commercial Space Industry Base.

Focusing on key areas such as the research and development of commercial rockets, critical components, system integration, and the demonstration and application of satellite Internet, a number of leading enterprises, unicorns, and research and development centers with high technology, high added value, and high benefits in the aerospace field will be introduced. The park will be planned in terms of constructing green factories, smart factories, and lighthouse factories, aiming to build a benchmark park for high-end manufacturing in Beijing and a characteristic demonstration base for the national commercial aerospace industry.

Set up the Beijing Xinhua Commercial Aerospace Industry Fund with a scale of 5 billion yuan, which will be specifically used for the investment in the implementation of the projects in the Beijing Commercial Aerospace Industry Base.

There is a talent service workstation of the "New Gateway to the Capital" Talents Innovation and Entrepreneurship Accelerator in Daxing District, which provides industrial policy support and talent policy support for the settled enterprises.

The special policy for commercial aerospace, namely the "Ten Articles on Aerospace", is used to correspondingly support relevant enterprises and private non-enterprise units in the commercial aerospace field to carry out scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation, platform construction, etc. The maximum amount of financial support can reach 20 million yuan.

In the starting area of the industrial base, the land area covers 42.7 hectares. The 219 mu of industrial land in the first phase has already met the conditions for land supply. The starting area is arranged for the R & D and manufacturing of core aerospace industrial links such as rocket and satellite manufacturing, as well as precision manufacturing of aerospace equipment, precision instruments, composite materials, satellite communication equipment, etc., attracting the agglomeration of aerospace R & D and manufacturing enterprises.

The comprehensive supporting area of the industrial base covers an area of 123 hectares. It is adjacent to the starting area and is equipped with functions such as aerospace science and technology exhibition, technology and talent exchange, and science and technology education.

The expansion area of the industrial base covers an area of 86.7 hectares. By making use of the existing stock of industrial land and factory building resources, it undertakes manufacturing and related functions centering on the upstream and downstream links of the core aerospace industrial chain.
