On July 10, the Conference on the Construction of Daxing District's Life and Health High-End Manufacturing Corridor and Innovative Pharmaceutical Industry Service Exchange was successfully held at the Business Service Center of Daxing District. Yan Weiqun, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Li Aifang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Daxing District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, attended the event and delivered speeches. Strengthening Collaboration to Build a Service Support System
At the venue, two milestone signing ceremonies were held by multiple units including the Medical and Health Industry Special Committee of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, industrial departments of Daxing District, town and street departments, and service organizations in the medical and health field.
Five units, namely Daxing District Investment Promotion Service Center, Daxing District Emerging Industry Promotion Service Center, Daxing District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Daxing District Tianyuan Courtyard Sub-district Office, and the Management Committee of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Medical and Health Industry Special Committee of the Beijing Federation of Industry and Commerce. They will jointly promote the construction of a platform for transforming scientific and technological achievements and facilitate the clustered development of scientific and technological service industries such as CRO/CDMO.
The Special Committee has reached in-depth cooperation with 8 professional service organizations including the National Torch Science and Technology Innovation Institute Medical Transformation Base and Biocytogen, covering multiple fields such as clinical transformation, medical device research and development, and digital services. These collaborations will provide enterprises with full-process professional support from research and development to market launch, effectively solving the pain points and difficulties in the development of innovative medicines and medical devices.
The Special Committee will build a "one-stop" service system to accurately address the core pain points and key bottlenecks in research and development innovation, production and manufacturing, and product launch for enterprises in Daxing District.
Precise Empowerment to Solve Industrial Development Problems
Zhang Long, Director of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Department of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, gave an authoritative interpretation of the newly introduced "Several Measures of Beijing for Supporting the High-Quality Development of Innovative Pharmaceuticals (2025)". This policy puts forward 20 specific measures focusing on accelerating review and approval, supporting clinical research, etc., and is committed to building Beijing into a global hub for allocating innovative pharmaceutical resources. Li Rong, Deputy Director of Daxing District Investment Promotion Center, systematically introduced the regional industrial advantages, focusing on promoting high-quality industrial carriers such as the Biomedical Base and Tianyuan Courtyard Sub-district, as well as supporting policies, providing a clear development path for enterprises to settle down. These policy interpretations and promotions have provided clear direction guidance and policy guarantees for enterprises to develop in Beijing.
