Power China establishes Power China North Regional Headquarters/Northern Investment Co., Ltd. in Daxing District, and plans to invest a total of over CNY80 billion in Daxing District during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, provide power construction scheme for Daxing District to build a strong economic and cultural district and an ecological and livable city, and contribute to the strength of central enterprises to jointly promote the high-quality development of Daxing District to a new level.

Power Construction Corporation of China ("Power China") is a central enterprise directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and was reorganized on the basis of power survey and design, engineering, and equipment manufacturing enterprises in 14 provinces (municipalities or autonomous regions) affiliated to Sinohydro Corporation, HydroChina Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China, and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. upon approval of the State Council.

Power China is a global leader in the fields of clean and low-carbon energy, water resources and environmental construction, the backbone of global infrastructure connectivity, a leading enterprise serving the construction of the “Belt and Road”, and a project construction investment developer that provides an overall industry chain integrated services of the investment and financing, planning and design, construction contracting, equipment manufacturing, management and operation, and a package of overall solutions for domestic and overseas customers. The Daxing District Government will vigorously support the business development of Power China North Regional Headquarters in terms of industry, space and policy services, and help Power China to give full play to the industrial advantages, scientific and technological advantages, and talent advantages to achieve good economic and social benefits, thereby becoming a benchmark and model for central enterprises settled in Daxing District and making greater contributions to the sustainable economic and social development of Daxing District and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region; however, Power China will give full play to the advantages of the overall industry chain of "knowing water conservancy and hydropower, good at planning and design, skilled in construction, and able to invest and operate", actively participate in the urban construction of Daxing District, and contribute power construction wisdom and schemes to the promotion of the economic and social development of Daxing District, the support for the development of Daxing District and the formation of new driving force for national development.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement concretely manifests the mutual benefit, mutual trust and in-depth cooperation between Daxing District and Power China. Power China will, in accordance with the "complementary advantages, mutual support, long-term cooperation and common development" principle, deeply integrate into economic development of Daxing District, fully participate in the investment and construction of "New Gateway and New Daxing District", take Daxing District as the key strategic development area of the group company, make a total investment of over CNY80 billion in Daxing District during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, provide power construction scheme for Daxing District to build a strong economic and cultural district and an ecological and livable city, and contribute to the strength of central enterprises to jointly promote the high-quality development of Daxing District to a new level.
