Creating an international highland for innovation cultivation and application of hydrogen energy technology

Research institutions such as International Hydrogen Energy Research Center, Zhongguancun Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology Innovation Industry Alliance, and the first hydrogen energy industry fund of CNY2 billion—Shuimu Hydrogen Source Fund lay a solid foundation for industry research and resource integration of Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone. The park provides public test platform services for enterprises engaged in fuel cells and key components for hydrogen production by water electrolysis, greatly reducing the development cost of enterprises for technologies and products, accelerating the development speed, and providing strong support for the creation of the hydrogen energy industry cluster.

The demonstration zone will, by the end of 2020, complete the construction of an immersive hydrogen energy display and experience exhibition hall integrating hydrogen energy society, hydrogen energy achievements, and corporate products, with the building area of 4,880 square meters. The exhibition hall is the largest exhibition hall for hydrogen energy industry in China and will be built into an international platform for “industry-university-research-application” communication and cooperation. Simultaneously, in December, the demonstration zone will complete the construction of a hydrogenation demonstration station with the world’s largest daily hydrogenation capacity of 4.8 tons, which can serve 600 hydrogen energy vehicles per day and provide energy guarantee for the research and application of the hydrogen energy industry in the core area of the demonstration zone.

The core area of Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone will, upholding the "people-oriented" service concept, and guided by professional, rich and diversified resource strength and open, innovative, and international services, integrate industry, technology, commerce, and life, and build a professional, international and intelligent value-based industry park for hydrogen energy technology with the theme of "Qing Zhi Quan", to meet green office needs of high-tech research, development and innovation.

The demonstration zone, by integrating all-round resources such as government, industry, finance, technology, talents, and market services, provides enterprises with full-process solutions and creates a service ecosystem for innovative enterprises. At the same time, it sets up the incubator and accelerator with the theme of hydrogen energy industry to serve the entire life of enterprises and the growth of enterprises, enables enterprises in it to enjoy the policies for three zones in terms of office space, research and development investment, settlement awards, and economic contribution awards, and receive support from such aspects as scientific research and development, and talent introduction, and then forms a growing and high-quality hydrogen energy industry chain.
